For those who can’t get enough of our single-origin dark chocolate, we created this nine-bar collection featuring three distinctive cacao regions: Dos Ríos in the Dominican Republic, Sambirano Valley in Madagascar, and our Signature Edition Cuyagua in Venezuela.

At Amano Chocolate, we work directly with the farmers who grow our cacao and select exceptional beans from each origin. We bring them to our facility in the Utah mountains, where we roast, winnow, refine, and conch in small batches. With four simple ingredients in each bar, the flavor profile of each origin comes through clearly. These artisan chocolate bars have earned recognition among Amano’s more than 200 first-place awards nationally and internationally.
